This document can later be turned into a video and hosted on your website. Yet, when starting out, you assemble this in a dynamic app like Google Docs or Notion. That way, you consistently update it based on the feedback you receive as you hop on sales calls and chat with prospects. The whole point is that it’s a constantly updated advertisement for your business, and since you update frequently, it is always in its most profitable state.
YouTube FAQ’s
As you hit more touchpoints with leads and prospects, they will, of course, blurt out objections, and questions, and point out issues in your argument or offer. For example, if you’re selling legal services, they might complain about your guarantee, wonder what type of customers you work with, or get upset about something on your website. This is your chance to systematize the FAQ’s.
See, most sales calls are just answering the exact same questions over and over again. It’s exhausting. So why not turn those questions into evergreen YouTube videos? Then, before a sales call, you simply direct people to your company's YouTube channel. They’ll show up to the call with most of their objections and questions handled already. And if they don’t watch much, they will at least appreciate your focus on creating useful content for them.
Newsletter Utility
Finally, you can supplement this with newsletter content a few times per week. 5-figure prospects respect professionalism. Therefore, if you are a reputable company, you should be creating useful content on YouTube and email. This will help educate a lead before the sales call and get in their 5-7 hours, consuming your content before the meeting.
By the time you get on the call, they have read your dynamic sales letter, watched some YouTube videos, and scanned a couple of email newsletters. All of a sudden, they are ready to buy. All you’ll need to do is answer the logistics and put a face to the name before you take the credit card or present the contract. Goodbye, massive sales team!
