Packed in like sardines with 37,000 people

Inside a Natural Health expo show

Hey - it’s been a while.

I just came from an Anaheim convention center packed with 37,000 people…

Spending the week with one my main clients who runs a big e-commerce and retail brand (you’ve probably seen them in Whole Foods and stuff).

At the show, there were a lot of plant-based, health nut types. Some investment bankers and brokers. And lots of major consumer brands like Primal Kitchen, Goodles, and Liquid Death.

I was actually at the booth helping to sell our product a bit into the smaller retail accounts.

I noticed our sales lead and the founder on my client’s team interacting with brokers and buyers…

And they truly put a lot of time and attention into the relationships they had built over the years at Whole Foods, Sprouts, CVS, and even with affiliates.

They remembered names and faces not because they needed to close sales, but because they had just developed friendships with most of their buyers.

This is a hack for landing B2B sales and large transactions. Just drop the corporate B.S. and act like a normal person towards your potential clients.

Most importantly, you want to do this with genuine interest. Just forget about selling and the sale will come.

I’ve adopted this mindset with our long-term clients and growth partners. We can’t help companies grow without great relationships between us, the founder, and their teams.

So if you want to cut the corporate B.S. and find a growth partner who has your back, grab a time to speak with me.

Thanks for reading,
