Australia's Best Marketers?

Good morning. Is this one of the best funnels? Hands down, yes. Today, I went through this Australian marketing company’s funnel to study it. Here are the stages of how it looks, and how you can replicate it. 🌏️
A 24-Minute YouTube Ad
I was opening up a YouTube video this morning, and then it happened. One of the best YouTube ads I’ve seen. This marketing optimization company called King Kong runs a 24-minute, attention-grabbing VSL right on YouTube. The first 60 seconds have a lot of wit, humor, and some massive promises to keep you watching.
From there, the founder flashes 5 ridiculous case studies. The proof is immense, and it’s amazing how that proof alone will keep you engaged. He calls you to action, asking you to book a call. Naturally, I clicked through.👇️
Long Landing Page
Rather than boring you with a funnel from 2007, they keep the humor and wit going in the headline. This is punchy, simple, and not so specific that it won’t apply to the broader range of leads flowing in.

The landing page then scrolls forever. There was deeply unique copy that pulled me in. The page took me about 5-6 minutes to read. Lots of copy. The humor continued with each paragraph, and you could tell the copywriters who wrote this knew exactly what they were doing.
An Amazing Quiz Funnel
Once I decided to click through, I landed on the quiz funnel step where I was prompted to book a call. Rather than going for low-quality leads, they filter the crap out of you. They ask about your budget upfront, revenue, profit, buying intention, what you sell, industry, lead type, and more.❓️
By the end, you are heavily invested before booking a call. You want to finish the quiz, see their unique offer, and get started. The quiz funnel was 10x more engaging than any other one I’ve been through.
By following a similar video ad → long landing page → witty quiz funnel setup, you can certainly pull in quality leads. I’ve used a similar funnel with many clients, even the one I made $5.2m in 2 years for. Try it out yourself.
