What I learned

I’ve been hopping on calls with lots of founders in SaaS, AI, machine learning, and enterprise tech lately.
Probably the best education of all time honestly — these folks are super smart.
We’ve interviewed about 21 companies so far because we’re building a thesis to solve their problems and create custom growth plans.
This got me thinking… If you are building a solution, product, or service… Nothing replaces speaking directly to your customer or potential customer.
I’ve learned more about this industry from the mouths of real founders in about 10 hours than I could have doing 100 hours of research on my own.
It’s eye opening.
If you own a company, call up some customers and clients and ask them about their actual problems.
Get them to discuss their real desires, challenges, and initiatives.
There is nothing that replaces this deep knowledge you gain from these type of insights.
Document everything and craft your solution around their answers and pain points.
