Cracking the cold email code

4-7 qualified appointments per week

I think I finally cracked that cold email code.

Which is super nice, because now I’m brining in about 4-7 qualified appointments into my business on (almost) autopilot.

Now, I’m going out and doing it for other people. Leveraging cold outbound, paid advertising, and of course, my charming good looks to close more deals for clients.

Caveat — I assume traditional agencies that do outbound will die eventually. Same with paid advertising people who run Facebook ads and lose all your money.

Thats because they don’t know what the hell to do once the leads come in. Or basically anything else about running a real business that isn’t a 19-year-old’s drop-shipping Shopify store.

That’s why I’m jumping ship for a while and leaning into Growth Partnerships.

It’s basically where we link up with a few companies each quarter, dig through the weak spots in their company, and create a 20% lift in each department.

Most of the problems arise in marketing and sales to start, hence why I’m focusing on that high quality lead gen.

Also, we’re working with companies that do $5M or more. Gotta have that product market fit before getting fancy, ya know?
