AI robotics company with $15M in unclosed deals

The truth about your pipeline value

Since I was blown away on Tuesday about the $1.8M in pipeline value sitting in my CRM… I thought I would start asking potential clients and current clients about this too.

I’m working with a new company that will hopefully become a growth partner of ours at Zunesty. We’re in the proposal phase with their board of directors, and we’re expecting the deal to close in the next couple weeks.

The partnership would be $6000 per month for 4 months. If we hit KPIs, it will increase to $8400 per month for another 12 months, plus 2.5% revenue share.

They are an AI-based robotics company that serves commercial construction projects. Their jobs are $200k-$5M, so that 2.5% commission would treat me very nicely if we can close this client. (I won’t share the actual client name due to our privacy policy).

Anyway, I asked them about their current pipeline recently. They said all marketers and salespeople have been focusing so much on front-end acquisition that they never listened to what the company actually needed. I think they appreciated the fact that I’m interested in their actual needs, instead of just pitching them some B.S.

This company needs to close more of their current pipeline. Just like I was talking about in my email on Tuesday. While my current pipeline is about $1.8M, this potential client’s pipeline is apparently $15M or so. That’s right, $15M sitting untouched.

So instead of focusing on the new leads and new customers all the time, is it possible to spend that time focusing on closing customers in your pipeline?

YES! In fact, I challenge you to put your attention to your pipeline this next month and hammer all the leads with custom outreach, custom content, proposals, paid retargeting ads, demo calls, and more.
