Adding $12k MRR Before 2024

Yesterday, I told you my Quarter 4 goal was to land 4 new retainer clients at $3k per month each.

This would tack on $12k MRR to my agency Zunesty going into 2024.

But if you’ve ever set a goal like this…

It’s sometimes easier said than done.

The traffic source is hard to determine when it comes to landing B2B clients.

Of course, every guru on earth tells you to go hard on cold emails…

But your offer really needs to be dialed in to make that happen.

I still think cold email is the answer for the next couple of months…

Sending 200 emails per day for Zunesty.

I’ll need to hyper-focus on the actual offer though.

Because I can’t just hit people up and offer to “be their agency.”

People are often jaded towards agencies…

And I don’t blame them.

Anyway, this will take a little bit of creativity!

I’m ready for the challenge.
