4 people you need on your team

Let’s talk people.

If you have a huge 2024 goal (like doubling revenue in a year)…

4. A salesperson who follows up like crazy if you are a B2B company or a company that requires sales calls. This one needs to be diligent and completely self-managing to get results.

This leaves you to focus on the overall financials and strategy.
