First up, you’ll need to craft a better offer. If you aren’t booking consistent meetings on your calendar, your offer is not there yet. And if sales aren’t flooding into your account for your SaaS or e-com business, the same goes for your product too. You don’t always need to change the product/service though. Just the offer. 🫓 

A great way to create a better offer is by writing a dynamic sales letter. This is a thesis whitepaper that’s designed to get your entire ethos down on paper. You can use it as a marketing asset in outbound sales, advertising, and content. Use A Stronger Claim

When I’m doing outbound prospecting, I notice I’ll always book more meetings with a very bold claim and guarantee. Whenever I say, ā€œI guaranteed 50k in 6 months,ā€ everyone seems to respond. Funny, right? We want to follow bold, cutting-edge businesses that stand behind their word. That’s how it is. šŸ˜ 

For example, if you own a software company that helps e-commerce owners grow their product line, put a bold claim in your outbound prospecting messages, ads, and content. Something like, ā€œAdd 10 New Hyper-Targeted Products To Your E-Com Line In Under 2 Weeks.ā€ See how that is much more specific and helpful to the customer? Here is a great example:

Make Your Process Seamless

We always have gaps in our lead gen, booking, or order process. Sometimes, we business owners can’t really see them. That’s why you need to get feedback from current customers about your onboarding process. Is it easy? Is it too time-consuming? Did they fall off at the checkout for a certain reason?

Simply improving your booking process with a beautiful onboarding funnel, Typeform, and Calendly automation sequence can make all the difference. These little tweaks make prospects show up more often and buy more often.
