2024 strategy spreadsheet

Are you setting your targets for 2024 yet?

Since it’s end of Q4, let’s focus on goals and KPI’s for this year.

Disclaimer: I’m not a multi-millionaire founder. But I’ve watched 20 clients scale their company to millions. I’ll share all the findings this week through their lens, not mine.

The 29+ clients I work with who are not multi-millionaire founders tend to set a lofty goal around this time of year.

They share it with their team. Yet they never actually plan out the action steps, KPI’s, logistics, or pitfalls of that goal.

The hyper-successful plan out the action steps, KPI’s, logistics, or pitfalls of that goal.

While spending much less time actually dreaming up the goal itself.

This isn't a generalization either.

I'm getting detailed plans from a couple of those founders right now...

And their leadership team...

They are sending exact plans, spreadsheets, KPIs, campaigns, and metrics.

One client even has their campaigns built out into April 2024.

Finished.

They did about $13M this year.

On the flip side, lower-level founders are still setting goals.

They just don't plan anything out that well.

They scramble to fix things last minute.

And most importantly... They don't know which input in their business leads to the greatest output.

It's all a guessing game.

If you want to make sure you achieve your goals in 2024, you probably have to remove that guessing game.

Take a couple of hours this week to build out something like this:

Doing this style of planning for each quarter prepares you for the challenges.

It helps you visualize what to focus on.

And it’s guaranteed to keep you on track.
